To minimize contact between medical personnel and COVID-19 patients, and to reduce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) in collaboration with Airlangga University (UNAIR) has officially launched the ITS-Airlangga Assistant Medical Robot (RAISA). The assistant robot for COVID-19 patients has been handed over to Airlangga University, taken place in the ITS’ Robotics Centre Building. Currently, the robot has been utilized to deliver the needs of patients in the isolation room at the Airlangga University Hospital.
